Our Bonuses, Spelled Out Plainly

This page lists every bonus we run at Lolajack Casino, with the exact figures attached. The welcome offer is a 100% match up to 3200 AUD plus 150 free spins, and ongoing promos include a Monday reload, weekly cashback and slot tournaments. Read the numbers below before you opt in.

Welcome Bonus in Full

Open your account, deposit at least 20 AUD and we match it 100% up to 3200 AUD, plus we add 150 free spins. No promo code is required. The bonus and your deposit sit in your balance separately so you can always see what is bonus money and what is yours.

Reloads, Cashback and Tournaments

Once the welcome offer is behind you, four ongoing promotions fill the calendar. Each runs on its own schedule, and you can take part in all of them.

• Monday reload: 50% up to 500 AUD on your Monday deposit
• Weekly cashback: up to 15% returned on net losses
• Weekend free spins: spins credited for qualifying weekend deposits
• Slot tournaments: compete on leaderboard pokies for prize pools

What cashback covers

Our weekly cashback is calculated on net losses across the week and can reach 15%, depending on your account status. VIP members receive a tailored cashback rate, which we set individually with your VIP manager.

Our Five Tier VIP Club

Play your way up five VIP tiers, from Bronze to Diamond. Each tier unlocks better conditions, and from the upper tiers you get a personal VIP manager who handles withdrawals and bonuses for you directly.

• Five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond
• Personal VIP manager from upper tiers
• Exclusive bonuses not available to standard accounts
• Higher withdrawal limits than the standard 8,000 AUD per day and 32,000 AUD per month
• Tailored cashback rates negotiated with your manager

How to Claim a Bonus

Claiming any of our offers takes a few minutes. Follow these steps and the bonus lands in your balance straight after the qualifying deposit.

• Register an account at lolajackcasino.com and confirm your email
• Log in and open the cashier, then choose your deposit method (PayID, card, e-wallet or crypto)
• Deposit at least 20 AUD, or the amount stated in the promotion's terms
• The bonus balance and any free spins are credited automatically; no promo code is needed
• Open the eligible games and start wagering; track your progress in your account's bonus section

How the 20x Wagering Works

Here is a worked example with real numbers. Deposit 100 AUD and receive a 100 AUD bonus. Wagering is 20 x 100 = 2,000 AUD in total bets. Once you have placed 2,000 AUD worth of bets on eligible games, the remaining bonus balance converts to cash. You have 30 days to clear it, and winnings from the 150 free spins are capped at 160 AUD regardless of the wagering outcome.

Key restrictions

Wagering counts differently depending on what you play. Slots contribute the largest share toward the requirement, while table games, live dealer titles and certain high-RTP pokies contribute less or nothing at all. Free spins winnings are capped at 160 AUD, bonus winnings carry no cap, and every offer expires after 30 days unless stated otherwise.

• Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount
• Validity: 30 days from credit, after which the bonus and any linked winnings are forfeited
• Free spins winnings capped at 160 AUD
• Minimum qualifying deposit: 20 AUD
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active: keep individual spins within standard limits; higher-stakes play may void the bonus
• Excluded games: some game types contribute 0% toward wagering; check the bonus terms in your account for the current list
• One welcome bonus per player, household and payment method
• Bonuses cannot be combined on a single deposit

Promo Codes at Lolajack

We do not use promo codes. Every bonus on this page, including the welcome offer, the Monday reload, cashback, weekend free spins and tournament entries, is credited automatically once you meet the deposit condition. If we ever introduce a code, we will list it here and in the promotion's terms, so treat any third-party code as invalid.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a Lolajack Casino promo code for the welcome bonus?

No. The 100% match up to 3200 AUD and 150 free spins are credited automatically when you deposit at least 20 AUD.

How fast can I withdraw bonus winnings?

Once wagering is complete, withdrawals are processed within 0 to 24 hours. We charge no fees, and daily limits sit at 8,000 AUD, or higher if you reach VIP status.

What happens if I do not finish the wagering in time?

The bonus and any winnings tied to it expire 30 days after credit, so plan your play around that window.

Can I claim the Monday reload on top of other bonuses?

The 50% reload up to 500 AUD applies to a separate Monday deposit; bonuses cannot be stacked on the same deposit.
